Bowling Green Daily News: "Community workshop sheds light on local issues, closes civic assembly"

Created to boost civic engagement, the three-part Bowling Green Civic Assembly wrapped up Friday with a community workshop that also provided civic education.
Some 40 people, a mix of public officials and interested local residents, turned out for the event at La Gala in downtown Bowling Green. The mostly civil event, moderated by media consultant Sam Ford, covered a wide range of topics brought out in the online virtual town hall that lasted 10 days and Thursday's town hall attended by some 250 people at La Gala.
But the back-and-forth brought out some areas of disagreement.
